1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Lahore & Major Cities: 2-4 business days

  • Other Areas: 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Flat Rate: PKR 200

    • Free Shipping on orders above PKR 5,000

  • Any additional delivery fee will be communicated in advance if applicable for remote areas.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery across Pakistan. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

5. International Shipping

Currently, Rawayat Organic only delivers within Pakistan. For international inquiries, please contact our customer support team.

6. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

  • Please ensure you provide accurate delivery details.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to wrong address, incomplete information, or no response from the customer, the parcel may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
