1. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Product Delivered:
    If you receive the wrong item, you can request a refund or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Damaged or Expired Product:
    If the product is damaged or expired on arrival, contact us with pictures and order details within 48 hours.

  • Refund Process:

    • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7 working days after verification.

    • Refund requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind or personal dislike

  • Late claims beyond 48 hours after delivery

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping:
    You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support team.

  • After Shipping:
    Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for issues after delivery.
