1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product is expired or spoiled upon delivery.

Note: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide your Order Number, clear pictures, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

3. Conditions for Approval

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Products consumed, opened, or tampered with will not be eligible.


4. Refund or Replacement Process

Once your return is approved:

  • You may choose to receive a replacement or a refund.

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7 working days after inspection.

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the fault is ours.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products used or opened after delivery.

  • Perishable items beyond their usable condition.

  • Orders returned without prior approval.


6. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference if the product delivered is as described.
